Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator with welding experience to join our manufacturing team in Roseville, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production equipment, reading measurements accurately, and performing basic welding tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent 4-day workweek, providing three-day weekends every week. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications Measure materials accurately using rulers, tape measures, and other measuring tools Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications Set up, adjust, and maintain machine settings Load and unload materials and finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment required Welding experience required Ability to read and use measuring tools accurately Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements Must be able to pass a Ruler Test with 100% accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Must be able to work the scheduled hours of Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications MIG welding experience Experience in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing Experience using hand tools and power tools Blueprint reading experience Apply today to join a growing team where your machine operation and welding skills will make an immediate impact.
