Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Amada Ensis 3015 AJ Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate the Amada Ensis 3015 AJ, a state-of-the-art sheet metal cutting machine, to produce high-quality components efficiently and safely. Your expertise will ensure precise machine operation, adherence to safety standards, and smooth workflow within our production environment. Responsibilities Operate the Amada Ensis 3015 AJ sheet metal cutting machine with precision, following detailed work instructions and specifications Set up and calibrate equipment, including loading materials and adjusting machine parameters for optimal performance Conduct routine inspections of the machinery to identify potential issues and perform basic troubleshooting as needed Handle material movement using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to ensure smooth workflow Maintain compliance with safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Monitor production quality throughout the process, making adjustments to ensure specifications are met Assist with packaging finished products using appropriate packaging machines and methods for shipment or storage Qualifications Previous experience operating industrial machinery such as the Amada Ensis 3015 AJ or similar sheet metal cutting equipment preferred Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively Familiarity with forklift operation, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools required Knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing environments, including PPE use and GMP standards Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and machine settings Warehouse experience or background in food production or manufacturing environments is a plus Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to maintaining safety standards in all tasks

Pay:

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
