Position Overview Stacking Operator will include sorting, assembling and stacking groups of lead plates and separators to form groups. You will ensure that each group/stack has correct number of separators and plates for specific battery on schedule Areas of Focus Stacking Operator will be committed to performing the role safely and can wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including a respirator. Responsibilities Mid-Level
  • Understand and practice the Quality policy
  • Identify plates and separator types for each battery
  • Detect and report defective materials
  • Dispose of contaminated work materials in appropriate containers
  • Cross-train in table moving function to perform this function as required
  • Follow and maintain Lead activities (5S, good housekeeping, and hygiene practices)
  • Must be clean shaven
  • All employees must follow strict hygiene rules including mandatory showering and lunch periods on site Experienced
  • Identify where the emergency stops are and why you would use them
  • Perform all duties and tasks as assigned of a Mid-Level
  • Perform minor preventative maintenance and inspect tables
  • Learn Production goals for required output and performance standards
  • Familiar with all tooling & maintain them properly & in proper location
  • Cross-train in Tiegel burning and balancing function to perform as required
  • Cross-train in table moving function to perform this function as required
  • Consistently maintain productivity level at or above 85% Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or greater required
  • Minimum six months' experience in production, construction, warehouse, or similar work environment
  • Basic English proficiency to interpret work and apply safety instructions if you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
