•$24.00 per hour + $2 Shift Differential Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC equipment with Siemens controls, including DENN metal spinning/forming machines used to manufacture large aerospace metal components. The ideal candidate will have machine operation experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines utilizing Siemens controls. Set up and operate DENN metal spinning/forming machines to produce large aerospace components. Load raw materials, tooling, mandrels, and fixtures into machines. Monitor machine cycles and make adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications. Perform metal forming operations on aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and other aerospace-grade materials. Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment. Verify dimensions, wall thickness, and tolerances according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Perform routine machine maintenance, tooling changes, and housekeeping duties. Follow production schedules, quality requirements, and safety procedures. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person per ITAR Requirements Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience operating numerically controlled machines. Experience working with CNC equipment and Siemens controls. Ability to use basic machinist tools and measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace, metal forming, machining, or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with DENN, Müller, metal spinning, flow forming, or rotary forming equipment. Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
