This is a full time position where experience is highly recommended. Must be bilingual to communicate with personnel. Applicants will be operating power tools, nail guns, and saws. Pallets are repaired, graded, and then stacked. Safety and quality are the main components to this position. Pallet repairmen are recommended to wear steel toe work boots, and expected to wear all proper safety equipment at all times. Must be able to read and understand a tape measure, read spec sheets/tool and follow instructions on how to build/repair pallets to specifications. Strong communication skills Bilingual in Spanish & English Strong follow-up skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to work independently but follow specific instructions Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis. Must be able to stand for most of the day while building/repairing pallets Must know how to use and operate: Nail Gun, Sawzall, Grinder, Hammer, and Wire cutters. Must be able to read a tape measure. 1 year of experience in a pallet/crate building environment. Safety-first mentality
