$24-$25/hr Hours 1st Shift - Monday through Friday Flexible start time between 6:00 AM-8:00 AM Details Perform first-article, prototype, and production assembly work involving cables, wire harnesses, and related components. Assemble parts and subassemblies according to drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and other technical documentation. Perform soldering and crimping operations using various hand tools and production equipment. Apply IPC workmanship standards throughout the assembly process. Assist with developing and documenting assembly procedures and work instructions. Work closely with production and quality personnel to evaluate completed assemblies and resolve manufacturing concerns. Troubleshoot assembly problems and make adjustments or repairs when necessary. Verify measurements, tolerances, components, and materials using appropriate inspection and measuring tools. Follow proper ESD handling practices when working with sensitive components and assemblies. Identify and select the appropriate tooling, equipment, and components needed to complete assigned work. Maintain accurate documentation and follow established quality procedures. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and working with PDF documents. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform work that requires standing, reaching, bending, and handling small components and tools.

Pay:

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
