Job Description

Position:
Pasting Machine Operator (Entry Level) with Manufacturing knowledge
Shift:
1st
Shift Hours:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Hours may vary based on production needs)
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Job Summary:
Seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Entry-Level Pasting Machine Operators. This position is responsible for assisting with the operation of production equipment used in the battery manufacturing process. No previous experience is required; training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Assist in operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment. Load materials and components into production machines. Perform visual quality inspections of finished products.
Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures. Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
