Pay Rate:
$20•25 per hour, depending on experience About the
Role:
Hiring a Packaging/Machine Operator to join a growing production team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how the company operates from the ground up. The Machine Operator plays a critical role in quality control—breaking down large rolls into smaller ones, inspecting labels, and ensuring flawless product is ready for shipment. There's opportunity for growth within the department, and you'll be part of a team that values reliability, energy, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment Read and follow job backs accurately Inspect products thoroughly—this is the final quality check before shipping Follow instructions carefully and consistently Lift and handle materials weighing up to 100 lbs repeatedly Stay calm and responsive during rush jobs from customers that require quick turnaround

PM Wednesday:
Every other Wednesday, 5:00 AM•5:30
