About Ride N' Shine Automotive Ride N' Shine Automotive is a growing automotive protection and customization shop in Arvada, Colorado. We specialize in window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, detailing, and truck accessories. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Window Tint & Paint Protection Film Installer to join our team. This position will start part-time, approximately 2-3 days per week , with the goal of developing into a full-time position as our tint and PPF volume continues to grow . We are looking for someone who already has professional automotive window tint installation experience and can confidently complete customer vehicles to a high standard. PPF experience is strongly preferred, although we are open to an experienced tint installer who has some PPF experience and wants to continue developing those skills. Responsibilities The primary responsibilities for this position will include: Complete automotive window tint installations Front door tint Windshield tint Sunroof tint Tint removal and replacement Partial and Full Front PPF installations Extended-coverage and Track Package PPF installations Individual PPF panel installations PPF removal and replacement Vehicle preparation prior to installation Final inspection and quality control Maintaining a clean and organized installation area Properly protecting customer vehicles throughout the installation process You will work on a wide variety of vehicles, including daily drivers, trucks and SUVs, performance vehicles, luxury vehicles, and specialty vehicles. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that installation quality matters.

The ideal candidate should:

Have professional automotive window tint installation experience Be able to independently tint a complete vehicle Be comfortable installing windshields and rear glass Have PPF installation experience or a strong foundation in PPF Be able to identify potential installation issues before beginning a job Produce clean, professional installations with minimal redos or comebacks Be efficient without sacrificing quality Take excellent care of customer vehicles Communicate well with the rest of the team Be dependable and professional Keep their work area clean and organized Have their own preferred tint and PPF hand tools Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Attention to detail and quality are more important to us than simply pushing vehicles through the shop. Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, installation quality, efficiency, and the ability to perform window tint and PPF installations independently. This will be a performance-based position with strong earning potential for an experienced installer. Candidates with significant experience in both window tint and PPF installation will qualify for higher compensation than candidates who primarily specialize in window tint. Compensation and the specific pay structure will be discussed during the interview based on the candidate's experience and abilities. There is also room for compensation to increase as the installer develops, takes on additional responsibilities, and the department continues to grow. Schedule This position will initially be part-time, approximately 2-3 days per week . We have flexibility in determining the initial schedule for the right candidate. Our intention is for this position to grow as our tint and PPF volume increases. The right person will have the opportunity to move into 4-5 days per week and ultimately a full-time position .

Our normal shop hours are:

Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM-5:00 PM Occasional Saturday work may be available or necessary depending on customer scheduling and workload.

Preferred Applicants with strong professional window tint experience and limited PPF experience are still encouraged to apply. This is not an entry-level window tint position . We are looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of professional automotive film installation. Why Ride N' Shine? The right person will have the opportunity to help us build and develop our tint and PPF department as volume increases. We handle the marketing, customer acquisition, quoting, scheduling, products, shop space, and customer service so our installer can focus on producing excellent work.
