Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Active Colorado PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure CPR/BLS certification required
