In this role, you will be responsible for operating capsule filling machines within a pharmaceutical production environment, ensuring that all processes adhere to strict quality and safety standards. Your expertise will help us produce high-quality capsules efficiently while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and FDA regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about manufacturing, quality control, and pharmaceutical production to contribute to a vital industry with energy and precision. Duties Operate capsule filling machines accurately and efficiently, following detailed production instructions and batch records. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, sanitation standards, and GMP guidelines throughout all operations. Perform quality control checks on capsules during and after production to verify consistency, weight, and appearance. Handle materials using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling tools while ensuring proper documentation of inventory movements. Interpret manufacturing documents including batch records, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and production schedules to ensure compliance. Assist in sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas in cleanroom environments to uphold cleanliness standards required in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues related to capsule machines or liquid filling processes. Follow all regulatory and legal compliance standards related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, including FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines. Qualifications Fluent in Russian with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret production documents including batch records, SOPs, and technical manuals.
