• Responsibilities
• + Set up, operate, and monitor molding and production equipment + Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic preventative maintenance + Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met + Complete production and quality documentation + Operate laser dating and leak detection equipment + Move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area + Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures •Qualifications•+ Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Experience using hand tools and production equipment + Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety •Preferred Qualifications•+ Plastic molding or injection molding experience + Forklift experience + Food-grade manufacturing experience + Material handling, packaging, or assembly experience •Why Join Us?
