Job Description

Job Description Help bring epic events to life- think weddings, festivals, big corporate functions, and other events. You'll deliver and pick up rental equipment at venues, private homes, and other job sites, then install equipment the right way (per manufacturer specs, training, and your supervisor's guidance). Back at the warehouse, you'll help with repairs, loading/unloading, and general equipment upkeep. Key Responsibilities Deliver and pick up event rental equipment at venues, homes, and other locations Install and set up event equipment per specs, training, and supervisor direction Break down and pack out equipment safely at the end of an event Load and unload delivery vehicles at the warehouse and on-site Handle basic equipment repair, cleaning, and maintenance in the warehouse Represent the company professionally with clients and venue staff Follow safety procedures on-site and in the warehouse Support other multi-craft functions as assigned by a direct supervisor Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No experience necessary; training will be provided. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays around event schedules Reliable transportation to the warehouse and job sites Valid driver's license in good standing preferred Solid teamwork, communication, and time-management skills A positive, dependable, detail-oriented attitude that fits the company's values: honesty, partnership, passion, and respect Physical Requirements Able to stand and stay on your feet for extended periods Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs regularly Able to bend, kneel, climb, and reach to set up and break down equipment Comfortable working outdoors in various weather and terrain Able to safely operate hand tools and warehouse equipment as needed
