Job Description

If you're looking to grow your career in a manufacturing environment and have 3+ years of machine operation and troubleshooting experience, this Machine Operator III opportunity could be a great fit. A leading manufacturer of telecommunications cables and components is seeking a Machine Operator III to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating equipment, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Job Duties:

Operate and adjust automated assembly machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and sensor-related issues Train and support 2-3 operators while driving daily production goals Maintain production quality standards in a high-paced environment Machine Operator lll

Job Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Lead Machine Operator, including basic machine maintenance Background in automated manufacturing machinery (not CNC or machine shop) Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work independently Schedule(s):

A Shift:

Monday•Thursday 6:30am•6:30pm (work every other Thursday)

B Shift:

Monday•Thursday 6:30pm•6:30am (work every other Thursday)

C Shift:

Thursday•Sunday 6:30am•6:30pm (work every other Thursday)

D Shift:

Thursday•Sunday 6:30pm•6:30am (work every other Thursday)

Pay:

$25-28/hr based on shift and experience
