• 5:00 PM | Wednesday-Saturday Position Overview As a Machine Operator, you will set up, run, and monitor extrusion and wire‑manufacturing equipment to ensure materials are produced accurately, safely, and to specification.

You'll play a key role in maintaining quality standards and keeping production running smoothly. What You'll Do Set up and operate extrusion and wire‑manufacturing machines with precision. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed. Follow production specifications, procedures, and safety guidelines. Perform in‑process inspections to identify defects or irregularities. Mix raw materials according to instructions and complete required batches. Log production data accurately into the system. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment. What You Bring Experience operating production machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools. Ability to perform basic math (whole numbers, fractions, decimals). High school diploma or GED. Ability to make sound decisions regarding machine setup and product quality. Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to visually identify small defects and color variations. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Use of hands and fingers for handling, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00

• $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
