Description Adecco has immediate full-time Machine Operator opportunities! We are currently hiring for a large, world class manufacturer in the Milford, CT area. Work Schedule:

Night shift : 12-hour shift, 3-4 days/week - 7pm-7am rotating days, including alternate weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for startup, shut down and operation of an assembly machine. This includes input of parameters, loading machine with parts, unloading product and changeovers. Must be able to meet production, quality and safety standards. Ability to troubleshoot problems and share ideas for continuous improvement. Quickly identify and report any machine issues or product defects. Inspection of work to ensure high quality standards are met. Make safety the top priority and follow all work rules every day. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

Excellent reliability required:

excellent attendance and punctuality. Must be able to communicate in a timely and effective manner and work well with others as well as independently. Pay Details:
