1ST Shift Assembly Operator Milford, CT Monday-Friday | 1st Shift $17.50 per hour Temp-to-Hire Opportunity We are currently hiring for a 1st Shift Assembly Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Milford, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a hands-on production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to work instructions and blueprints Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Identify and report any production issues or defective materials Meet daily production goals and maintain efficiency standards Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and follow written instructions and basic blueprints Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working with small parts and precision tools Reliable attendance and strong work ethic High school diploma or equivalent preferred Why Apply?
