Job Description

Responsibilities to include: AVNA is seeking a motivated individual to join the Staple Loading department as a Manufacturing Operator. As an operator you will be maintaining the operation of Degating/pusher center, Staple loading, and Staple resetting. Primary tasks required include monitoring and performing 1-200% inspection of parts. Experience with inspecting under a microscope is highly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in manufacturing with one of the market leaders in medical device component assembly. A. Ability to read/write and do basic math B. Basic computer skills C. Solid verbal communication D. Follows standard policies and safety procedures E. Follows work process instructions F. Can visually inspect parts under microscope G. pack parts according to customers requirements. H. Trim, Degate, clip parts as needed I. Able to navigate Plex, and make labels J. Keep Equipment and work area clean.
