Machine Operator Putnam, CT Are you a skilled machine operator with a knack for learning and adapting to new technologies? Our client is seeking a versatile individual to join their team, where you will have the opportunity to operate multiple finishing machines and contribute to high-quality production processes. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator Operate and manage several finishing machines efficiently. Monitor product quality to ensure it meets our client's standards. Document production activities accurately and timely. Adjust equipment settings to optimize performance and output. Support second-shift operations as needed. Collaborate with our client's team to improve production processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Requirements of the Machine Operator Previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to learn and operate multiple machines. Leadership potential and ability to work independently. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Willingness to undergo training for up to 34 months.
