Responsibilities of the Winding Machine Operator Operate winding equipment efficiently and safely. Prepare material rolls for the lamination process. Monitor production to ensure smooth operation and quality output. Change rolls as needed to maintain continuous production. Package completed material according to quality standards. Maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Collaborate with our client's team to ensure production goals are met. Requirements of the Winding Machine Operator Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. Ability to learn and adapt quickly during the three-week training period. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
