•Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Digital Printing / Manufacturing Operator to join our fast-paced production environment. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone with basic mechanical ability who is comfortable working with digital printing equipment, handling large/heavy paper rolls, and supporting overall manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Operate and assist with digital printing equipment and related computer programs. Read, understand, and follow job tickets, work orders, and special instructions. Safely move, handle, and position large and/or heavy rolls of paper and other production materials. Work closely with other departments to help achieve daily manufacturing and production goals. Perform light handwork, equipment maintenance, and cleaning as needed. Assist with general housekeeping and facility upkeep, both inside and outside the facility. Perform trash and waste removal as required. Provide general assistance with production and facility-related tasks. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and operating guidelines. Protect confidential, proprietary, and PHI (Protected Health Information) accessed through company systems, networks, documents, and printed materials. Qualifications & Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, printing, or equipment operation experience is a plus. Basic mechanical ability is required. Ability to read and understand job tickets and special instructions. Comfortable working with computers, digital systems, and printing equipment. Ability to safely move and handle large/heavy rolls of paper. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work cooperatively with other departments and team members. Must be willing and able to work OE (overtime/extended) hours as needed.
