We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our team in Stratford, CT. Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules. Inspect finished products for quality control and ensure conformance to specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report any machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
