tolland, connecticut Posted 3/16/2026 Closes 8/31/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $18.00 per hour Temp to Perm 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Industry manufacturing & production (Production Occupations) Reference number S_173518 Spherion CT is seeking two Entry-Level Assembly Associates to join a small manufacturing team in a temporary-to-hire role with an immediate start. In this position, you will perform detailed assembly work, building mixed detonating cords while following strict safety and quality procedures. The role requires standing for the full shift and performing repetitive tasks with precision. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented manufacturing environment that values reliability, accuracy, and good work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Assemble mixed detonating cords with high attention to detail Perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift Stand for the full 8-hour shift while working at assembly stations Follow strict safety and manufacturing procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with light manufacturing duties as needed Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00
