Candidates should have mechanical aptitude , experience operating machinery, and the ability to produce quality parts. Required Skills Machine operation experience. Blueprint reading. Use of calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools. Quality inspection experience. Ability to follow detailed processes. Strong attendance and reliability. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Important Expectations Must be dependable and arrive on time every day. Cell phone use is not permitted on the production floor. Employees must demonstrate progress and improvement throughout training. Quality and attention to detail are top priorities.
