Our team provides a supportive atmosphere, practical instruction, and genuine potential for professional advancement. Core Duties Manage and oversee Yang equipment to guarantee high-quality manufacturing output. Monitor active machinery to detect any operational errors or technical issues. Perform necessary machine adjustments to ensure all parts meet required tolerances. Utilize precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and templates to verify part dimensions. Analyze technical blueprints and production orders to guide daily tasks. Adhere to standardized workflows and sequences to maintain production efficiency. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by consistently producing high-quality components. Required Qualifications Solid mechanical experience working with industrial machinery, with lathe proficiency being highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to interpret blueprints and utilize measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers. High level of precision and a strong commitment to following established operational procedures. Prior experience with three-axis or X/Y axis systems is preferred. A proactive mindset, eagerness to acquire new skills, and a dedicated work ethic. Help ensure operational success by mastering CNC machine setup and changeover processes. Apply shop math skills to support accurate production and quality control. Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude to contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing floor. As you settle into this role, you will gain proficiency in three-axis machinery and eventually receive specialized training on Takamaz systems. This position provides a defined trajectory for those interested in advancing into a Set-Up Technician role.
