Job Description

Production Line Operators (Male & Female) Our factory is seeking motivated individuals to fill the positions of Production Machine Operators (No Experience Required - Full Training Provided) in the following departments: 1. Plastic Production Machine Operator 2. Plastic Printing Machine Operator 3.
Plastic Cutting Machine Operator Job Overview:
The role primarily focuses on operating and monitoring machinery to ensure the final product meets our quality standards. The work is not physically strenuous, but it requires high concentration, alertness, and precision when handling equipment. Required Skills & Qualifications (Essential Criteria):
Experience:
No prior experience in the plastics industry is required (we provide comprehensive training).
Sharpness & Fast Learning:
Ability to quickly grasp how machinery works and understand operational instructions.
Manual Dexterity:
High hand-eye coordination and a fine sensitivity for adjusting machine settings.
Observation Skills & Precision:
Strong attention to small details during production to prevent errors or defects.
Physical Fitness:
Good physical fitness suitable for movement, standing, and monitoring the production line.
Flexibility:
Willingness to adapt to any type of production machinery or tasks involving direct contact with manufacturing equipment.
Gender:
Open to both Male and Female applicants.
Training, Probation, and Salary Structure:
Training & Evaluation Period:
Starts with a practical training and probation period lasting 1 to 2 weeks maximum (depending on your learning speed and adaptability).
Training Period Pay:
During these 1-2 weeks, pay will be calculated based on the Minimum Wage.
Post-Training Phase:
Upon proving competency: The final fixed salary will be determined, and official employment will commence based on your performance and learning speed.
If competency is not met:
The probation period will be concluded, and employment will not proceed.
