TF Stairs is hiring an experienced Millwork/Woodworking Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid woodworking or millwork background who is comfortable operating a variety of shop machinery in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate planer, jointer, table saw, and miter saw safely and accurately Read and interpret cut lists and specifications Maintain quality standards on all cuts and finished pieces Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

Proven experience working with a planer, jointer, table saw, and miter saw Background in woodworking, millwork, cabinetry, or a related trade Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints/cut sheets Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable and able to work independently once trained

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (or specify days), 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM 8-hour shift, 30-minute break

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
