This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on sewing work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can work independently while maintaining consistent quality. The right candidate should be comfortable operating industrial sewing machines and working with different materials such as leather, webbing, canvas, and fabric trims. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to produce finished products Sew leather, fabric, webbing, and related materials accurately and consistently Follow product patterns, samples, and production instructions Inspect finished work for quality and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with the team to complete orders on schedule Assist with light production tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines Experience sewing leather or heavy materials is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Experience Single needle and double needle machines (Specifically High-Post) Binding, edge stitching, or top stitching Experience in small production or handmade goods manufacturing
