Shift:

Day Shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Benefits Weekly Pay Free Online Education Job Requirements Assist with the setup and operation of equipment used to manufacture corrugated boxes. Read and understand factory orders and print cards to determine proper equipment settings. Monitor equipment performance and identify operational issues.

Set up and adjust:

Stackers Dies, attachments, and print plates Pull rolls, collars, and straps Scores, heads, and blade combinations Pre-feeders and lead edge feeders Folding rails, squaring sections, and ejectors Verify stock size and material specifications. Adjust equipment for proper pressure and registration. Operate glue and ink systems as needed. Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines.

Receive training and comply with:

Lockout procedures Hearing protection requirements Safety shoe requirements Moving machinery safety Emergency stop button locations Nip point awareness Conveyor safety Proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques Safety guards, gates, and chains Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform daily housekeeping duties, including trash removal and scrap cleanup. Follow established cleaning schedules and safety guidelines. n/a
