Mailer Operator - $22/hr | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience operating production machinery who are looking for a long-term opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent experience operating manufacturing or production equipment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should be able to monitor machinery, make basic adjustments, identify issues, and maintain consistent production and quality standards. This is a hands-on manufacturing position and requires previous machine operating experience. Forklift or other powered industrial vehicle experience alone does not qualify. What You'll Do Operate and monitor production machinery throughout the shift. Make basic machine adjustments as needed. Monitor product quality and production output. Identify and report equipment or production issues. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Follow all required PPE and safety guidelines. What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on machine operating experience required. Experience operating production/manufacturing machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced and hot manufacturing environment . Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to work the assigned shift.

$22/hour Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire On-site In-person interview required 2nd Shift or Overnight Shift available

Important:

We are specifically looking for candidates with actual machine operating experience . Warehouse, forklift, pallet jack, or general production experience without machine operation experience will not meet the requirements for this position.
