In person A long-standing South Florida manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual Manufacturing Machine Operator to run high-volume production equipment in a fast-paced tobacco manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Operate high-volume cigarette production machinery in a manufacturing environment. Make sure the correct raw materials are being used, including tobacco, paper, filters, adhesive, and cleaning materials. Monitor equipment during production to help ensure product quality and steady machine performance. Check product parameters and make sure finished products meet required standards. Take samples at scheduled times and document production information. Place cartons into master cases and support packaging flow as needed. Follow cleaning and housekeeping guidelines for production equipment and work areas. Perform minor mechanical adjustments as needed. Report equipment, quality, material, or production issues to the appropriate supervisor. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required. Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, tobacco, or another high-speed production environment. Experience working with automated or high-volume production equipment preferred. Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule that may rotate or swing between 1st and 2nd shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards. Basic mechanical ability, including comfort making minor machine adjustments. Ability to complete production records accurately.
