Role Overview The Seasonal Helper supports our delivery and field operations team with the safe, timely, and professional delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown of event equipment at customer locations. You will work alongside drivers, delivery crew members, and field supervisors to make sure equipment arrives safely, events are set up properly, and customer locations are left clean and organized. You are not "just a helper." You are part of the team responsible for how All Star Events shows up on event day. Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Setup Load and unload event equipment safely and efficiently. Assist drivers and crew with transporting equipment to and from event locations. Help set up equipment according to company standards and safety guidelines. Assist with moving, positioning, securing, and organizing equipment. Follow instructions from drivers, field supervisors, and operations staff. Help ensure all equipment is handled carefully and returned in good condition. Customer Experience Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at customer locations. Communicate courteously with customers and site contacts. Help keep work areas clean and organized. Direct customer questions or concerns to the appropriate team member. Event Breakdown Assist with breaking down event equipment efficiently and carefully. Load equipment properly for transportation. Help ensure all equipment is accounted for before leaving the site. Leave customer locations clean, organized, and professional. Safety & Accountability Follow all company safety procedures and instructions. Use proper lifting and handling techniques. Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or concerns immediately. Protect company equipment, vehicles, and customer property. Take responsibility for your work and ask questions when you are unsure. Team & Culture Work collaboratively with drivers, field staff, dispatch, logistics, and customer service. Be dependable and ready to help wherever needed. Maintain a positive attitude, even during physically demanding or busy days. Take pride in doing things the right way. Focus on solutions rather than excuses. QualificationsRequired Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to lift, move, load, and unload equipment safely. Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Professional attitude and appearance. Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the October-December season. Reliable transportation to and from work locations. Preferred Previous experience in delivery, events, logistics, construction, moving, warehouse, or field operations. Customer-service experience. Familiarity with basic safety procedures. English preferred. A driver's license is a plus but is not required for the Seasonal Helper position. Compensation & Opportunity Pay:
$15.00-$16.00 per hour Seasonal employment from October through December . This is a seasonal position with the potential for continued employment after December for team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a commitment to the All Star Events team. Full-time and part-time opportunities available . Overtime opportunities may be available during peak periods. Strong performers may have opportunities to continue with All Star Events after the seasonal period or advance into other field and operations positions.
