Formulation Staff - 2nd Shift Custom Agronomics - 2.8 Palm City, FL Job Details Full-time 4 hours ago Qualifications Lifting equipment Formulation chemistry Forklift Personal protective equipment (PPE) adherence Safety equipment Material handling equipment operation Respirator Full Job Description Looking for an experienced warehouse worker to fill an open position on our formulation team.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Basic formulation with supervision. 1 Year experience (Min.) with a forklift Must be willing to start and train on 1st shift then move to 2nd shift. Pay based on experience. Must be willing to work overtime during the busy season. Full benefit package after 90 days. Job duties include and are subject to change without notice: Working safely in the formulation/reaction area. Must be PPE trained on specifically required safety gear for the area. Must understand how to read all formulation sheets. Mixing of daily formulations needed to complete production requirements. Keep track of Totes using daily inventory control measures. Must know all dry and liquid raw materials. Must have forklift experience. Maintain a clean work environment. Demonstrate competence with company safety standards. Must pass RFT (RESPIRATOR
FIT TEST
). Must keep facial hair to a minimum (no beard) for RFT. Must be able to read hazardous placards and their meaning. Be responsible for retrieving, weighing, and mixing ingredients. Report any incidents/ accidents to your lead and/or manager right away. Always practice first in first out. Use partials of ingredients before opening a new one. Work closely with other team members. Meet physical requirements including lifting, and standing while wearing proper PPE. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. Enduring the heat and humidity. May require to work weekend shift when established.
