Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality cabinetry products, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team in Rockledge. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shifts:
Monday-Friday 5AM-1:30PM or 7AM-3:30PM with some Saturdays, overtime! What's the Job? Perform tasks to set up, operate, monitor, and run various types of machinery used in product manufacturing Support the organization's C.A.R.E values and adhere to safety and environmental policies Assemble products and parts using basic hand tools and measure materials for conformance to blueprints Finalize and package products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met Conduct inventory and component inspections, maintain logs, and report defective products or equipment What's Needed? Ability to read measuring instruments and perform basic mathematical calculations Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals is preferred Basic knowledge of manufacturing machines and processes Ability to multitask and focus on teamwork and detail orientation Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication across all organizational levels What's in it for me?
