Manufacturing Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our Wood Crate & Pallet Department. This hands-on role involves building custom wood packaging using saws, nail guns, and other tools, as well as operating a forklift to move materials and finished products. While previous experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct wood crates and pallets according to specifications
  • Safely operate saws, nailers, and other hand or power tools
  • Load, unload, and transport materials using a forklift
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in woodworking, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely
  • Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
  • Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Pay:
$17.00 to $21.00 hourly / based on experience Employment is subject to a background check. Certain convictions may disqualify candidates if they are directly related to job responsibilities.
