An established printing and packaging manufacturer in St. Petersburg is expanding into flexible packaging and is looking for a Digital Press Operator to join this new operation. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital printing professional to move into the growing flexible packaging industry and develop a highly specialized skill. Previous flexible packaging experience is not required. Experience operating digital printing equipment is preferred, and we are willing to provide equipment-specific training to the right person. We are particularly interested in digital press operators who are ready to expand their knowledge, learn new technology, and take the next step in their careers. Responsibilities Set up and operate high-production digital printing equipment Produce printed flexible packaging according to job specifications and quality standards Load and manage roll-fed printing materials Monitor color, registration, print quality, and consistency throughout production Perform job setups, changeovers, and press adjustments Inspect printed material and identify potential quality issues Troubleshoot press and print-quality problems Perform routine operator maintenance and maintain equipment according to established procedures Complete required production and quality documentation Work closely with converting and finishing operators to maintain an efficient production workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Who We're Looking For Digital printing or related press-operation experience preferred Experience with digital label printing, roll-fed printing, or other web-based printing is especially valuable Flexible packaging experience is a plus but not required Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Good understanding of print quality, color, and registration Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality Dependable and safety-conscious Interested in learning new technology and developing expertise in flexible packaging Why This Opportunity? Pay:
