Machine Operator Team Lead Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $16.00 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00pm to 02:30am) Supervise and support machine operators during production. Monitor cookie weight, shape, size, and overall quality. Ensure machines are operating properly and report or address equipment issues. Coordinate tray handling, baking racks, and workflow to maintain production efficiency. Train employees on machine operation, safety, and food handling procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate production or quality issues to management. Ensure employees follow company policies, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.

Machine Operator Team Lead Qualifications:

Previous production or machine operation experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused. Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and move trays. Reliable, responsible, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
