This is a 1st shift position. 6:00am to 3:30pm. Bilingual or English speaking. Starting rate based on experience. The Batching Operator will be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing raw materials according to production and recipes. The candidate must have experience in batching processes and the ability to operate machinery and computerized control systems; bilingual is a plus. Keep the batch plant in a clean and working condition. Order materials. Participate in thedistribution of concrete on a casting bed. Clean distributer adja cent areas and casting bed. Quality controls elements. Safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required Follow all safety procedures and worksite instructions Wear required personal protective equipment Maintain steady productivity throughout the overnight shift Work overtime and Saturdays when required

Requirements:

Experience with a concrete mixer. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team Strong aptitude and willingness to learn new tasks Excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to follow directions and accept coaching Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in an active concrete and precast manufacturing environment Available to work Monday through Friday from 6:00am. to 3:30 p.m. Must successfully complete required background and drug screening DL Timler #IND2

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
