Batching Operator Location:
Wildwood, FL Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00
PM Pay:
Up to $25/hour (Depending on Experience!!) Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Batching Operator for one of our valued clients in the Wildwood area. We are seeking a dependable and experienced candidate who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a strong attention to detail. Job Responsibilities Accurately measure, weigh, and batch raw materials according to production formulas and recipes. Mix and prepare materials while maintaining product quality standards. Operate batching equipment, machinery, and computerized control systems. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures. Assist with equipment cleaning and routine maintenance. Qualifications Previous batching, blending, or manufacturing experience required. Ability to operate machinery and computerized production systems. Strong math skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required #3120FL
