Machine Operator

We're committed to maintaining high standards of excellence and efficiency in every aspect of our production process. We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Carnesville, GA.

Position Overview:

The Machine Operator will be responsible for programming and setting up various machines, including lasers, turret punch presses, press brakes, and other manufacturing equipment. This is a hands-on role requiring technical skill, accuracy, and a strong understanding of blueprint reading and measurement tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and set up various machines (lasers, turret punch presses, press brakes, etc.)
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings
• Use measurement tools such as calipers, protractors, and tape measures to ensure accuracy
• Perform weekly preventive maintenance on equipment
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, protractors, tape measure)
• Previous experience with press brakes, lasers, or turret punch presses preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
