What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience (extrusion or plastics preferred) 1+ year of machine operation experience Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work overtime and weekends Forklift/PIT certification or willingness to obtain (preferred) Safety-focused mindset What You'll Do as an
Machine Operator:
