Job Overview We are seeking reliable and efficient workers for a temporary warehouse assembly project involving fence panels. The role involves assembling 8ft x 8ft fence panels from pre-manufactured components, with the work scheduled to start immediately and last approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Training will be provided on the first day, ensuring all team members understand the assembly process and safety protocols. This is a paid position, offering an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced project with a clear goal of completing approximately 30 panels per day. Responsibilities Assist in assembling fence panels by connecting components that slide together and lock in place with retaining rods. Work collaboratively with a partner to efficiently assemble approximately 30 panels each day. Follow instructions provided during training to ensure proper assembly techniques and safety procedures are maintained. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate smooth workflow. Adhere to daily work schedule from 7 am to 4 pm. Support team efforts to meet production targets within the designated timeframe. Skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail to ensure proper assembly of fence panels. Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for handling components and tools. Punctuality and reliability in adhering to scheduled work hours.
