Your Opportunity Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator . Work Authorization To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Your Responsibilities Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards and procedures. Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output. Prepare inks for proper color and consistency. Check paper for correct type, size, color and quantity. Verify plates are set up in the correct format. Inspect printed materials throughout production runs to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize work and adjust schedules to meet changing deadlines and production requirements. Maintain knowledge of equipment operation and safety requirements. Your Shift Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm You Must Have Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. High degree of mechanical aptitude. Good reading and comprehension skills. Requirements Within This Position Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand. Regularly required to remain in a stationary position. Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including printed materials. Frequently required to move throughout the facility. Regularly moves up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry). We Would Also Prefer Ability to work with very close tolerances. Ability to effectively communicate with team members. High degree of analytical skills. Good color discernment.
