Job Description
Cox Automotive seeks a Sr Product Manager to lead strategy and delivery for data-driven products serving dealers, OEMs, and consumers across our brands, including Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book. In this role, you'll define product vision, build and manage roadmaps, translate customer and market needs into clear requirements, and partner with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to launch and optimize features. You'll use data and experimentation to drive decisions, mentor junior PMs, and help shape the future of automotive retail and mobility in a collaborative, people-first culture. Responsibilities Define and own product vision and strategy for key digital and data products. Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business goals and customer needs. Translate customer, market, and stakeholder feedback into requirements and user stories. Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing in an Agile environment. Use data, experimentation, and KPIs to prioritize features and measure product success. Lead go-to-market planning and support launches across Cox Automotive brands. Engage with customers, dealers, and OEMs to validate problems and solutions. Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product management best practices.
