BRAVA ROOF & TILE

is responsible for operating and maintaining the Entek machinery. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality roofing tiles, adhering to safety standards, and meeting production targets. Operate Entek machinery efficiently and safely during the second shift. Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly. Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance. Assist in training new operators on Entek machinery operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Previous experience operating Entek equipment or similar machinery is highly preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced, shift-based role.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors. Ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. - 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm (Monday - Thursday). Future rotating 2-2-3 schedule
