We are launching a new high-volume manufacturing facility and seeking talented individuals to grow with our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we encourage you to apply. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician responsible for assembling, maintaining, and testing jet engine components and systems. This role works closely with engineers and technicians to ensure high standards of quality and safety. This is a temp to perm opportunity for 12 months with full benefits through YER. Key Responsibilities Assemble, install, test, and repair jet engine components Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics Troubleshoot and resolve system issues Interpret technical manuals and blueprints Collaborate with engineering to improve processes Maintain accurate service records Follow safety and quality standards Operate specialized tools and equipment Qualifications Associate degree in Aerospace, Aviation Maintenance, or related field (or 5+ years equivalent experience) Experience in aerospace manufacturing or similar role Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Lean manufacturing experience is a plus U.S. citizenship required (ITAR compliance)
