Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining tooling processes, managing non-conformances, and communicating effectively to ensure seamless operations. Conducting checks, controlling tooling per process requirements, and reacting to conditions to prevent production issues. Monitoring shift results, utilizing tools like reports and visual boards to promote PDCA cycle improvements. Executing repairs on nonconforming products, collaborating with engineers and vendors for improvements, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

2-4 years of CNC machining or tooling experience. Understanding of metric measurement system and ability to respond quickly to production needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.

Working conditions:

Standing for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and lifting up to 35 lbs. Ability to work in varying temperatures, shifts, and overtime as needed.
