In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered designs on various fabric materials. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets strict quality standards and specifications, contributing to the overall excellence of our finished goods. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced sewing technology in a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are key. Responsibilities Set up and operate industrial embroidery machines, ensuring correct thread colors, design placement, and machine settings for each project Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance and quality Inspect embroidered products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards in production Handle materials carefully, including fabric materials and upholstery fabrics, to prevent damage during embroidery processes Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including cleaning and troubleshooting mechanical issues Measure fabric dimensions and verify garment or product specifications using measuring instruments to ensure accurate design placement Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper handling of sewing tools and safety equipment Skills Proficiency in operating embroidery machines and other sewing equipment such as sewing machines and serging units Strong understanding of garment construction, seam construction, and sewing techniques including upholstery work Knowledge of manual cutting (fabric cutting) processes and materials handling procedures Ability to interpret technical drawings or embroidery design files accurately Familiarity with quality standards in production to ensure consistent output Experience with dimensional measurements and fabric materials used in manufacturing processes Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and material storage procedures Join us if you're passionate about precision craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a vibrant manufacturing environment.
