Job Summary:

A set-up technician is responsible for the installation and removal of molds in injection molding machines, placement and setup of auxiliary equipment, and workstation setup and organization. This role is essential in ensuring the timely and efficiency in the production of high-quality products.

Required Skills:

Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality standards. Ability to operate and maintain production equipment. Basic computer skills for record keeping and data entry. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must have basic mechanical skills to operate hand tools.

Physical Requirements:

Must be physically to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor. Must be physically able to operate a forklift. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time. At Guttenberg Industries Inc.
