Job Description

Monday-Friday | Starting at $16/hour Looking for steady, consistent work? If you're dependable, motivated, and willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you! No previous experience is required. We will train the right person and provide opportunities to learn multiple areas of our facility.

Available Positions:
RACKING - Day Shift 7am-3pm . Prepare and securely rack parts for the anodizing process while paying close attention to part orientation, contact points, and quality requirements.
INSPECTION & PACKAGING
- Day Shift 7am-3pm. Inspect finished parts for quality and appearance, verify quantities and requirements, and carefully package parts for shipment. MASKING - Day Shift 7am-3pm - Apply masking materials to parts according to customer specifications and drawings to ensure designated areas are protected during the anodizing process.
SWING SHIFT OPERATOR 2
00 PM-10:00 PM . In this role, you will work throughout different departments of our facility to help prepare parts, equipment, and work areas for the next shift. You will have the opportunity to learn a variety of tasks and gain experience in different areas of our operation. Don't have experience in these areas? That's okay! We provide on-the-job training and cross-training opportunities to help you learn the processes and develop new skills. Sapphire Metal Finishing is a job shop providing anodizing and metal finishing services to machine shops and hobbyists throughout the Northwest. Our work involves a wide variety of industries, including electronics, scientific, medical, firearms, military, racing, and powersports . Because we are a job shop, no two days are exactly the same, and our employees have the opportunity to learn and work with a wide variety of parts and processes.
